Jobs: Add a 'centre of spray' button

Idea - Add a function that can automatically locate the spray record and centralise the map view within an incomplete or complete job.

Dashboard: Use a map to represent Active jobs

Projects: Add an export all function

Need to have the ability to export data contained in Projects as one single csv export.

Weather data: Make it optional to include the graph in reports

Projects: Increase job count to 100+

Ideas. Cache jobs locally to reduce server load.

This would allow the page to be sorted by Multi-layer Projects or single layer.

Job Card: Add spray data graph to assigned jobs

After creating a job, we should place the graph within the job to give an hour by hour view of the spray data graph. This could also tie into the 'Job Playback' request. I would think that placing this below the map would be a good placement.

Create KMZ/KML export

Add MSDS link field into the chemical creation

Notification: Job has no assignments, provides feedback with available logs

This is allowing customers to enter jobs and misunderstanding why they cannot see their data.
