Do you ever find yourself trying to find jobs that are within a certain date range?
With our new
Date filter
you can pull together all the records that matter by simply selecting the Start
and End
date, if you find you need further refinement just add in a term in the search box.

Update to the Device page layout and Alias ordering
Do you have a favourite device and you need to keep searching for it because it is at the bottom of the list?
We have just release a new update that allows you to take control of the default sorting for your UFT devices.
To make adjustments to the default order, simply edit the 'Alias' of your individual devices and they will sort in descending alphanumerical order based on the name.
Example below is using simple numbering to create the desired order

Are you having trouble with your charging cables getting dirty?
At Rapid Logix we have been performing some Internal testing to find a solution to improving long-term connectivity of the Rapid Logix magnetic chargers!
Please follow the simple maintenance regime below to help improve the connectivity.
How often:
MonthlyWhat is needed:
- CRC2.26 electrical spray
- Small Nylon Brush
Action:
Spray both the charge port on the device and the head of the magnetic charge cable with CRC2.26, then simply scrub with the nylon brush and wipe off the excess.
