RESOLVED: Connectivity Issue - Uploads Restored
We are pleased to inform you that the connectivity issue affecting data uploads has been resolved. Our technical team has worked closely with our cell providers to restore full service.
Important Update Required:
To ensure continued stability and performance, each UFT device will need to be updated to version 1.4.8 via two methods depending on your current firmware. Devices running
1.4.#
update via OTA. Devices on 1.3.#
must be returned for a physical update.This update will be rolled out in staggered releases and you will receive an email confirming your release.

We are currently experiencing a connectivity issue that has been impacting data uploads for a limited number of the trackers. Our teams are actively working with our cell providers to resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you become affected we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, however please follow the steps below to attempt a fix and register the concern with us:
- Take device off charge (Error = Blue light stays solid for an extended period)
- Wait 30 seconds
- Hold the power button for at least 30 seconds
- If device shuts down, restart after 10 seconds
- Continue spray application or reconnect power and attempt upload again (moving to a better cell reception area may help)
- Please send us an email to logixsupport@rapidspray.net and include the device number that is affected, we will be monitoring this closely to provide priority support.
We will ensure we provide updates as new information becomes available.

Windspeed Displayed in km/h
Based on your feedback, windspeed data displayed on the platform will now be shown in kilometres per hour (km/h). This change from metres per second (m/s) makes it easier to assess weather conditions according to standard practices in the industry.

Note:
Please be aware that this update only affects the user interface & PDF reports. When you export a job, the CSV file will continue to provide windspeed values in metres per second (m/s).
We hope this change makes monitoring conditions on the platform more convenient.

As a Skilled Operator, you can now review your organisation's total recipe and chemical usage within a selected timeframe to assist with reporting requirements.
Maximum search period of 12 month blocks only

Update to the Device page layout and Alias ordering
Do you have a favourite device and you need to keep searching for it because it is at the bottom of the list?
We have just release a new update that allows you to take control of the default sorting for your UFT devices.
To make adjustments to the default order, simply edit the 'Alias' of your individual devices and they will sort in descending alphanumerical order based on the name.
Example below is using simple numbering to create the desired order
