RESOLVED: Connectivity Issue - Uploads Restored

We are pleased to inform you that the connectivity issue affecting data uploads has been resolved. Our technical team has worked closely with our cell providers to restore full service.
Important Update Required:
 To ensure continued stability and performance, each UFT device will need to be updated to version 1.4.8 via two methods depending on your current firmware. 
Devices running 1.4.#
 update via OTA. Devices on 1.3.#
 must be returned for a physical update.
This update will be rolled out in staggered releases and you will receive an email confirming your release.
