We are currently experiencing a connectivity issue that has been impacting data uploads for a limited number of the trackers. Our teams are actively working with our cell providers to resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you become affected we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, however please follow the steps below to attempt a fix and register the concern with us:
- Take device off charge (Error = Blue light stays solid for an extended period)
- Wait 30 seconds
- Hold the power button for at least 30 seconds
- If device shuts down, restart after 10 seconds
- Continue spray application or reconnect power and attempt upload again (moving to a better cell reception area may help)
- Please send us an email to logixsupport@rapidspray.net and include the device number that is affected, we will be monitoring this closely to provide priority support.
