Implement map-drawing logic to split operator tracks when the time or distance between consecutive points exceeds configurable thresholds so paths do not show long straight joins from device off/on cycles.

All Jobs: Are we able to add something to indicate an incomplete job contains data on the job list

We need to be able to show when a job has data uploaded/allocated prior to opening an incomplete job to save time for completion workflow
