Projects: Add an export all function

Need to have the ability to export data contained in Projects as one single csv export.

Create KMZ/KML export

CSV export: Apply the current timezone to the date/time field

Replace the GMT time with the current portal users timezone data in the csv extract

Create a Drag & Drop ARCGIS friendly export

The exported file needs to have all the information lines removed and only leave the geospatial data and header.
