Allow spray volume recording while device is on charge

This would be suitable for permanent/semi-permanent use case where the device is installed in line on a spray unit and is not fixed to the spray gun.

Potentially add a toggle in the portal to switch this feature on/off

Could a timed period work for the upload activation?

Every 3 hours the device could attempt to sync to LTE - If no LTE available at the designated time the trigger would end and no data would be modified.

Trigger would find the first available data point = start time
Time the upload activation began = End time

The device would need to be able to continue to track volume whilst it is uploading, could this be achieved by setting the end time and any logs captured after this time are excluded and uploaded at the next 3 hour timeslot.
