Updated Map Navigation in the Rapid Logix Portal

We’ve recently updated the map functionality within the Rapid Logix portal to provide a smoother, more controlled experience when you are managing your workflow.
What’s Changed?
To prevent accidental zooming while scrolling through job details, we have updated the map zoom interaction. You can now zoom in and out using one of the following methods:
Windows Keyboard + Mouse
: Hold the Ctrl key while using your mouse wheel.
Apple Keyboard + Mouse
: Hold Cmd key while using the mouse wheel.
On-Screen Controls
: Use the dedicated + and – zoom buttons located directly on the map.
Why we made this update
Our goal is to make it easier for you to enter, complete, and view jobs without the map shifting unexpectedly. This change ensures that the map remains stable while you navigate the portal, allowing for better precision when coordinating your tasks.
