We are currently experiencing an isolated issue affecting live weather data feeds within the platform. Our team has identified the root cause as an outage with our third-party weather information provider.
What is affected?
- Impacting the ability to complete jobs between the 22nd of May through to the 3rd of June.
Current Status & Next Steps
We are actively working in direct communication with our external vendor as they resolve the issue on their end. We are currently awaiting their official fix notification and expect services to stabilize shortly once that is deployed.
